Recent research has shown that 15 minutes of sauna use after exercise 3x per week improves VO2 max more than exercise alone after eight weeks. **TERMS and CONDITIONS **

Your dues will be billed monthly via electronic draft, either from a Checking Account or Credit Card. Monthly billing commences on the first day of the month following your join date. In cases where the studio is not yet operational, billing will commence at a later date. For further information, please reach out to the studio or refer to your membership paperwork. Your initial payment today will be prorated for the remaining days of the month.

Please note that the use of an XFit mat and towel is mandatory in the sauna. These items are available for purchase or rental at your XFit studio.
